The Mayor said "Go to the stadium"...what's at the stadium Ray? Water? Food? Medicines?
Communism in action. The FLOOD of New Orleans. The incompetent mayor of that city, and ones before him were sent hundreds of millions of dollars from the federal government over the years to fortify the city incase of a larger hurricane. The money didn't go to its cause, there was no plan, in fact, there was a barge tethered-up in a causeway which helped crash the levy when the waters became rough according to a witnesses.
Why wasn't there a plan to make sure there were no barges free-floating loose tied up in-between two levy walls? With four days to a week notice of an impending large hurricane. The owner of the boat may have parked it up there to try to protect it. Why no plan to make sure this wouldn't happen? It may not have been the cause but why wasn't it considered? Give me one evidence of any plan for the city's circumstances at the local level.

I saw an Arial photograph of what looked like hundreds of school buses sitting there in a flooded out lot. That looked to me as what may have represented a transportation possibility. Why no evacuation plans? Why no post FLOOD relief plan, a crisis caused by not having an evacuation plan, caused by inept leadership in a city filled with many dependant individuals who have never had to really care for themselves.
Bush's fault? So Washington is responsible for all 50 States micro management? I thought we were a union?
Because New Orleans has been drunk on welfare money for years now. An entire city where many of the occupants are dependant on Washington DC. It appeared to be a crooked and corrupt and incompetent city when met with adversity.
Why are these people being voted in and revoted in? The reason is because the voters in certain major metropolitan areas are relatively uninformed. Also in many areas large population segments are wards of the state in one form or another in certain cities. Government policies have crushed many portions of the inner. And also a very well oiled communist media which closely monitors and fights to rapture power for their Leninist agenda. The mayor of New Orleans is an idiot. I wouldn't trust him to run a Subway sandwich shop. He completely failed the city, the country...then blamed 'whitey'. Yet he was voted back into office.
Marion Barry was voted into office after being on video smoking crack in a hotel room with a woman other than his wife with his security detail paid for by the city waiting in the lobby. Why? An uninformed voting districts facilitated to propagate via pitchfork loads of government cash, and the Carl Marxist disseminators of information media structure.
Also, good leaders in the inner cities have a very difficult time competing. If they actually stand for common sense and responsibility the media will automatically instead support the brazen out of control hostage keeping sellout communist figure head. Marion Barry, Ray Nagin for example. Whatever supports their perverted and blind political ideal, be damned the casualties of the destroyed and hopeless lives by the millions.
The images you saw on TV in New Orleans were scary. Many of those people living like that, stealing electronics, the police 'barrowing' Cadillac's, is this the dream of George Washington and Benjamin Franklin? It didn't look like the United States of America to me, people living like that, it looked to me like some surreal failed huge wicked government sunk social experiment where man tries to play God and ruins lives by the millions. It was very embarrassing as a country for the world to see us naked. To reveal our fallibility from the throat grasp communist policy has on us.

There were images of FBI officials wearing bulletproof vests. They would 'cover each others back' with semiautomatic rifles pulled to their cheeks. Cautiously peering around the corner of a house. This was not Iraq people, USA New Orleans.
Atlanta Georgia and Detroit Michigan are other examples. Like a different country. A good ole' boys network where qualifications don't matter, you wanna get your boys in and get them lapping up the government cash.
Who hurts? We the taxpayer and the good people who are held hostage by the schemes of the communist media and communist inner city power structure. Keep your mouth shut, there is a cash and power flow directly from Washington we don't dare disrupt.
In New Orleans with the FLOOD, one word sent the cash spicket to flowin' - "race". Whew, the media breathed some allegations of racism towards the Bush administration. You never saw such a spending frenzy in your life and that was the intent of the media. "Racism" equals cash and power. As soon as the media descended upon the 75% black New Orleans with a very high welfare rate, they held the US government hostage using the imagery from the FLOODED city. "Give our Democratic State more power and money, now, by the boat loads, truck loads, barge loads, or we will harangue harangue harangue until we destroy your reputation".
Where did the money go? Who cares - away from prosperous tax paying citizens.
Do you recall Mayor Ed Koch on New York city? How he allowed that city to be run into the ground? Well, then a conservative mayor, Giuliani, ran for office. Do you recall the Nazi SS-Police communist Leninist/Stalinist media blitz against him? Even after the city began to turn around from sound conservative management. Not the pre-Eve-tasting-the-fruit 'perversion of reality' communist power grab ideal to enslave the masses 'left-style mismanagement'. He turned the city around. But there was immense pressure against him. This is the power structure we have in this country run by the communistic anti-American Godless media and social program industy bottom feeder mobsters.
Coast Guard helicopters airlifted people form the roofs of their homes in New Orleans . The Federal Government steps up to stomp out fires of the 3rd-world like inept local Louisiana officials. While Mayor of New Orleans hides in a hotel suite. I doubth he paid for thathotel room with his own money. What did he do while he was in the hotel room? He called radio stations whining and blaming Bush, I can hear the Nagin cheerleaders now. "Give me an N, Give me an A, Give me a G....Gooooo Nagin!". He escapes blame of his debacle with the race card while benefitting mullions of dollars of outsourced PR donated by the secular socilaistic media.
The Federal government, in an effort not to be branded a 'racist' reacts in panic, and perhaps over does it, a bit. They ordered twenty thousand, that is twenty thousand, mobile homes. The mobile homes were reported to have cost more than $30,000 each. These trailers were bought to provide temporary homes for the people affected by the flood. Only about half of the mobile homes have actually been used, the rest are unused and the government is being charged millions of dollars to store them. This purchase was a knee jerk reaction to the Nazi attack press.
