This is government subsidized "low income"
housing in Summit County Ohio, paid for by
you and I.

Here is the club house for them to enjoy, thank
you tax payer, or "hmm, this is all we get?"
Freshly built buildings surrounded by green rolling hills of golf course like manicured grass. Professionally landscaped lawns with planted trees, this place was done right. This is government subsidized "low income" housing in Summit County Ohio, paid for by you and I. There is even a clubhouse appointed with Spanish tile floors, whicker furniture, and a large screen TV for throwing parties. Thank you taxpayer, or "hmm, this is all we get?"
The Waterford. A new luxury apartment community. Beautiful. The best view in town, overlooking Cuyahoga Valley National Park. A park system know for hiking trails, streams, and natural rock formations. A very scenic location. Just across the street form similar luxury apartments and condominiums that cost $800 - $1400 per month.
Only one problem. The Waterford was built as government housing for people who have made stupid, irresponsible, and lazy ignorant decisions in their life. In other words, those who turned a deaf ear to wisdom but instead chose sin.
...oh the rewards...
I cannot live there on the tax payers dime, I don't qualify. Why do they get free rent? Why do they get this plot of land which is very very valuable and sought after? Why do lazy slobs and knocked-up chicks smoking Kool's get this view that many working good people cannot afford?
Uh oh...I know a woman who owns one of those condo's across the street, you know, the kind you pay for...she says since the luxurious sinners castles were inhabited, the crime rate - car break-ins, etc. has gone up, and property values for 'owners'...gone down. Paying for her home, she works very hard, extra hours to make her living, care for her family, keep her life going. Now she is saddled with depreciation to her property, and the daily insult of seeing the lazy dependant classless lumps living in sloth...but with the same quality as her... when she pulls out to drive to work...to pay for them to stay home...
There was an interview on TV of an extremely overweight woman that lived in government subsidized housing. She didn't have a job. The interview was about the people living in the tax payer constructed temples of sin, weather or not that since they have all day to do nothing, maybe they should assume roles around the complex, such as sweeping the walk, pulling up weeds out of the flowerbeds.
The woman stated - "That is beneath my dignity"
Hmm, I guess it isnt beneath her dignity to accept money from others for doing nothing, and be totally dependant and cared for ward of the state, and to have a tax payer paid for personal assistant - 'case worker'. So, we are responsible for raising our own kids, but also caretaking for able bodied adults we've never even met, who 'lay in the bed they made' with bad choices...and they're cool with putting their hand out? No class people. We are raising millions of people - an entire class that thinks they are owed something. Owed something form who? From you.
I never saw a check-box in any voting booth that included this.
The Waterford luxury apartment complex would have sold out very quickly to people who have jobs due to its location. Yet it was preserved for those who make bad choices, and it is paid for by the people working and making good choices who never had the chance to enjoy this scenic location.
No one dares say a word because they are afraid to be called a racist. So they keep their wallets opened for government to vacuum cash to lay at the feet of the Kings of Sin. The communist agenda to prove that sin DOES pay. A trophy property for a sleazy blue collar imitating communist Ohio politician to use to conjole votes out of benefiting communities, "vote for me, and each one of you will be driving a brand new Cadillac".
There are literally hundreds of apartment communities in the same town that are NOT government subsidized, but working, responsible tenants...none this nice people.
I know someone who was selling used cars in Ohio. According to him, roughly one in ten car sales where to people putting a down payment on a car with government money. He told me it apparently was a new government program in the State of Ohio that would provide young single minority moms with down payment money for cars - $1500 - $1800.
Some cars in the parking lot of the Waterford luxury apartment complex are newer Cadillac's, some have expensive looking aftermarket wheels. Many nicer cars than a lot of the cars working people drive.
I talked to a woman who works at the grocery store, she told me those paying with food stamps buy Alaskan king crab legs and fillet, things she can never get, and don't even bother to get the grocery card to get the sale price.
Can you think of one thing you have done that makes you culpable to owe lazy people a life style let alone one of luxury?
