Wow. I never saw so many people afraid while commenting about Mel Gibson's unscripted comments. Everyone, Everyone is going way way out of their way to vehemently CONDEMN Mel Gibson. The organizations he offended must have a lot of power in this country, like pre-WWII Germany, or any other fascist power dictatorship culture. Your tongue could ruin your life, what you said could destroy you, the power to control speech. I have never seen anything like it. I don't even know exactly what he said. I thought he may have killed some fetuses or something when I heard all the ruckus.

The real story here is punishment. And an assault on freedom of speech. Freedom of speech doesn't mean your lips are permitted to move and words come out, how is speech 'free' if you career is damaged over it and it costs you millions of dollars from being relentlessly attacked?

Maybe we in the unimportant masses believe it is an assault against us to continually see Christians and their values maligned in movies and on television and print media. but I guess Christians don't run-the-show in the information and entertainment industry.

Why? The main reason is Mel Gibson came out with the movie "The Passion of the Christ". A huge block buster, one the greatest modern day ministries for Christianity, for Jesus Christ. However, in doing so, in telling the truth, apparently the truth offended many secularists (pagans) in the media. Why? They want to discredit the movie. They cant question the story, the accuracy, the depiction, the merits of the movie. All they can do is personally attack and attempt to destroy the messenger to therefore cast doubt on the merits of the story.

The Passion of the Christ touched a nerve. Do you remember the bloody screaming that emanated from Hollywood and the media when that movie came out? Not one single person could argue factually against the movie, they only could use deception and fear to try and snuff out the film's release. It wasn't the PR the secularist community in the media was looking for. Now, they found an opportunity to dig their elbow into Mel Gibson's throat, payback time.

Mel Gibson's father was even investigated by the media. Has any other actors parents been investigated by the media or Hollywood? If they were, would it ever have be because their sons or daughters were promoting homosexuality or abortion, and the investigation was meant to protect the culture? Absurd.

The message from the secularists is - dare tell about God, and we will destroy you and ravage your reputation till we exhaust you...we will make an example of you so no one else dares talk about God. Sound familiar, sorta like the movie.

The Passion of the Christ touched millions of people including me. When I see people with power in the media, a very small group attacking the producer who brought me the movie, it is greatly offensive to me. The message is, we can have abortion, homosexuality, and perversion...but you may not worship Jesus. But, as Christians there is little we can do to compete in the mass media because there is virtually no Christian influence in the main stream media. The secular influence and anti-God influence within the mass media culture is a 'stronghold' of the devil.

What was the response of Hollywood and the media when Rosie O'Donnell said something despairingly against Christians? Nothing. What about when TMZ mocked Jerry Falwell death and on their web site people were laughing and making jokes about him dying. They said that 'people should piss on his grave'. Nothing. Why did the media have no response when Bill Maher stated on air that "Most Christians are not Christ like". This is simply an ignorant statement. If you accept Christ's salvation your spirit becomes like Christ in that moment. What would Hollywood's response had been if Mel Gibson said that 'the majority of nonChristians are unGodly'? Or if he said 'homosexuals are influenced by Satan'. Or ''abortion supporters share a bond with the devil'. Only Christians and Christianity are permitted to be attacked.

The world hates Jesus. It rejects him. Why? Because this world is fallen and is filled with lies. The world is conditioned to reject the truth. The culture of Hollywood and the media are worldly. Hypocrites, claims of righteousness, but really about self serving, power, money, and prestige. If you dare threaten the power structure you will have hell to pay.

I am very tired of it. I am very tired of my values, belief in Christ as the Messiah and his teachings, be maligned. Now if one dares say something against 'mans' rules they are trashed yet those in the information disseminating business trash The Lord constantly.

They aren't neutral but cheer and fight for the acceptance of sexual permissiveness, sexual perversions, homosexuality, abortion, socialism and antifamily. But the moment you step on their toes, you will be condemned by them with real results to your life. The message is from the secular so-called progressive press is - "We are God". Newspapers, the news media and Hollywood is operated largely by secularists, agnostics, and atheists. Disproportionately so. The truth is, they are Godless, reject God today right in front of your face - abortion, perversion, homosexuality... What God gives two thumbs-up for these sort of things?

This is the pop-culture of America. The leaders in the media seem to be lost in the United States because they have no leadership towards God and they are pushing heathenism on our culture while hiding behind the fake veil of being all-inclusive and caring. Where are the representatives that actually believe in God and the Bible? Why are they not standing up to the way things are being portrayed in Hollywood and in the media? Hollywood and much of the the media is controlled by secularists that could care less about God, but in fact reject Him completely. But instead blatantly choose false gods and try to push those false gods on the rest of society.

Where is the shame? If the media was mostly owned and influenced by Christians and I saw this kind of black river flowing from the industry daily I would be absolutely sick about it. I would blast the industry and be absolutely embarrassed at the way Christians were being represented by their actions. Hating God. People hate and mistrust the media because of the crap and anti-God filth that is being pimped onto our society like sin dealers. Wake up. A movie about Jesus is the least of your PR problems.

Out of the giant wave of spear tips pointed at God by the media, I don't know of any God fearing voices in the media other than talk radio and Christian ministry radio and television shows. If they are there they are in the wilderness. God bless them and more power and wisdom to them. Most probably have been chased out of town to the proverbial fringes of society. Tents in the extreme wilderness as it were. I don't suppose invites are piling up for conservatives to go to cocktail parties with the who's who in the media. Rejecters of God are usually tight knit as to not let in any evidences of condemnation. Rebellion is a drink best consumed with friends.

And guess what? There was a bill in Congress that would in effect ban conservative commentators on talk radio under what is called the 'fairness doctrine'. This is a bill reintroduced in 2007 that would mandate equal time be given on conservative talk radio shows that would cater to liberal view points. In this version the Senator's named names of radio show hosts they were targeting for removal. Astonishing. The media is 99.9% fascist secular Godless and now the secularist hitmen and women are marching towards the minute niche know as talk radio, which is already considered to be an 'alternative'. Where is the arm bands? In all of our media the only instances where a conservative Christian voice is heard is on talk radio and Christian ministry programs. All else is fully cleansed moreover promoting false gods of all kinds vigorously. Welcome to today's America. If the Left succeeds in defeating free speech this country the American dream would be history as you know it. This is the scariest time in American History and the enemy lives among us.

Did the release of the homosexual friendly 'Brokeback mountain' movie cause an upheaval of Hollywood protest for being anti-Biblical for being against Old Testament and New Testament values? It was praised by Hollywood. "I believe in a 'higher power', but my God is not judgmental like your God, my God lets me do whatever I want, whenever I want, however I want, with who I want, and to who I want". Are we talking the wrong God or are we talking anti-God? We are talking about a separation from God - claims of righteousness or not.

Turn inward and look at the garbage you are hoisting upon our youth. From Jerry Springer on up to all the major outlet owners who's properties push all the abortion, homosexuality, perversions, anti-family and anti-God sewage upon our citizenry. And these same properties are absolutely and utterly politically biased to an extreme degree. It isn't enough of a contribution just to pay taxes and make donations when your day job is butchering the culture.

Moreover, their is a growing trend of Nazi style religious hit squads. The 'Media Matters' organization is an anti conservative religion attack machine. The ACLU is a secular organization attempting to replace our Godly society with it's nonGod god religion. It's not that the ACLU isn't religious, they are plenty religious, they just have a false god they are attempting to promote, the antiGod god, or, Satan. The ACLU has an undue negative influence on our Godly society. The ACLU was elected by no one and believe me they aren't wanted by an overwhelmingly vast majority of our society. Why Christian bash via the court system? You have a beef with God because you hate his rules. Oh and by the way, factual information is not hate speech unless it conflicts with your agenda. If only such vigor existed for goodness, for unity.

Never before in the history of America has there been so many institutions erected to tear down the underpinnings of the foundation of our society. The problem is coming from those in the media. The devil know full well the power of speech, language, words, and imagery. Why do you think there is such a concerted effort in this area? The results are plain, look at the effects it is having on our culture, on our politics, on our youth.

I was born in the days when we watched first runs of Happy Days and reruns of The Andy Griffith show, now it's two dudes making-out on MTV. Don't tell me...I am an extremist. Partial birth abortion and two men getting married is not extreme? It is about the culture of a Christian nation. And now we have the drum beat of the Godless using their power to impose their will.

If we had a media in the USA that was controlled mostly by Buddhists, or Muslims, or Hindus, would this be a good thing in a country that is 85% declared non-secular Christian? Would this be ideal to the will of the cultural wants of the Christian majority? Of course not. And neither is the current secular media slant.

I suppose in that case the Buddhists, or Muslims, or Hindus may declare anyone intolerant and and vigorously attack them for pointing this out. As a means of protecting their position. "Intolerance" is the only fall back position to be had by secularists because religious discrimination could never be claimed by those who reject God. Why else do you think the media trumpets the race card so much? It's a shield.

How does a monolithic group even come to take over a particular industry? It would be like if secularists dominated the ice cream business. You may then begin to see flavors popping up in store freezers such as "Funky Chocolate Fetus", or "Homosexual Caramel Swirl", or "God Doesn't Exist Parfait", or "Lesbian Crunch", or "Double Churned Christians Are Evil", or "Chocolate Cashew White Christian Males Suck". I conceive of the possibility that certain truths illuminated may be deemed as slightly less than palatable by more than a few individuals. Truth is a light and hurts the eyes of those who perform in darkness.

Of course certain elements of my points could be focused on. Specific grammatical strings. Nuances of the English language, and choices of words used. Like an English teacher. Trying to snuff out a flaw in my character. The intolerance infraction? The judgmental infraction? What am I guilty of and what is my punishment oh tv show host? The letter of the law, the detail of the the delivery is what's focused on by secular Leftists. They will never debate the overall point because they are guilty and have no answer. I call it the 'communist highlighter'. Nit-pickers in the media will interview a conservative author, hammering away at one or two sentences of the entire work. But never do they focus on the overall thesis of the book. It is a trick, a scheme. The 'communist highlighter'. Where they'll take out a yellow highlighter, take the cap off, and find what they perceive to be as a weakness, a trap, in order to pervert the concept of the overall points and shift attention away to minutia where they plan victory for themselves. They will pick a few sentences and dock the boat right there and harangue until it's time for a commercial. Within their inner circle it is a victory but a defeat for sincerity and an embarrassment to their so-called profession.

The ACLU does the exact same thing with the law by the way. Not the spirit of the law, but by sheer determination and judge shopping attempt to pervert the letter of the law to overturn and vex it's true intent. Sneaky tricks, cons, and schemes meant to subvert the peoples will. Meant to shift power away from God and onto the secularists. Onto themselves.

Could you imagine what Jesus had to go through. If he was here today think of how the media, Hollywood, and the ACLU would treat him. The same way they are treating him today. Trying to marginalize him, vilify him, ban him. Nothing has changed. But back then, Jesus had to endure it willingly criticism to accomplish his goal. Imagine how hard that must of been, to be tortured and humiliated by people all the while knowing you could do something about it if you wanted to. It is difficult for me as a Christian in today's cultural climate and I don't have to bare anyone's sin or hang on a cross or be flogged or see into the hearts of men. All the while Jesus could have directed legions of angels that would come and lay waste to his accusers. Mind you, Jesus expressed contempt for the corrupt power structure of the time. An extreme minority at the top with undue influence. A corrupt power structure. He did not express contempt for society as a whole He loves everyone, Jesus loves them still today of course like he loves everyone. Jesus died for all.

However, I am sure that God does not want people and particularly children and youth led astray by the homosexual god, the abortion god, the prescription comfort drug god, the racism god, the anti-family god, the materialism god, the therapy instead of God god, the anti-Christian god, the anti American god, the anti-man as the head of the household god, the anti-woman submissiveness to her husband god, the anti-disciplining your children god, the anti-must work for money and not receive welfare god, the anti-abstinence god, and countless other gods preached to us from Hollywood and the mainstream media which is dismantling our societal fabric.

Now there are counter organizations assembled to combat the agenda of the ACLU. Neighbors duking it out with their pocket books. How Norman Rockwell-ish. Touching. One representing the overwhelmingly vast majority's wishes, the other a tiny minority's scheming evil hijack plot. A tiny minority banded together to try and steal away the will of the masses. The same group that claims to care about "U". Thieves.

The media proclaims that terrorists have hijacked the peaceful and noble religion of Islam. Has the secular media hijacked the peaceful and noble culture of America? My opinion is they have. Not because because they were met with opposition or discrimination, but because they chose to walk away from God.

Could you imagine the look on Moses' face as he came down from the mountain carrying the tablets? This just after he had probably the most awesome experience being with God. What a contrast. This is like going from Heaven to hell. What a fallen world. What would the great Moses' face look like today should he come down from Heaven and turned on the TV, listened to some music, watched the news, and went to the movies? You think he may have just a little fire in his eyes?

I wish Moses were here today in person to rebuke certain people directly from poisoning our society with a steady stream of anti-God perversions. Because they sure aren't listening to God Himself.

What on earth are you thinking people? What do you consider is going to happen to you when you die? Why aren't you concerned with this? How do you live so separated from God, you know full well you are going to die someday. What a miserable way of life. I know for a fact you are not happy living this way. The money and status can't fill the void. Otherwise there would be no therapists in Hollywood, no drug addictions, no divorce, and no multiple false gods. Has fighting against God become an addiction?

Wake up. What are you doing? Death is around the corner and you are not prepared. This life is short as compared to an eternity. You are having a party now but the bill is going to be very expensive. What do you think happens to you when you die? Or are you so drunk on rebellion and self centeredness that you can't pry your thoughts in that direction? What you are doing is very bad and I don't believe God likes it. You are lost from God and that is sad for you. But the part that makes it bad is that you are tying to pull other's away from God too. That is what you are going to have to answer for and thank God I am not in your shoes.
